Lovely cottage. The host had made an effort to make the cottage as comfortable as possible. With lovely welcome pack and many little extras. Lofthouse was a good location. A little quieter than the heart of the dales.

Lovely, cosy cottage set in a quiet, peaceful location. The cottage is full of charm and complimentary treats were a lovely touch from the hosts. A lovely base for long walks with stunning scenery especially in and around Scar House Reservoir.
Be aware the website does not state that the parking is free, this information does come through on the owner's information email close to your trip, but would have been helpful when booking if you do not know the area.
