Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon, Goa

Location Ambience Great service by staffs and a wide range of food options

Fantastic staff customer care across all Departments. Breakfast excellent and lovely Goan specialities to try in BLD & C2C.

Inability to turn off A/C in room. Had to be turned off by an engineer! Still left with air filtration noise, which takes a while to acclimatise to at night. Location imperfect if you are seeking to explore rather than sit on a beach. Taxis in Goa are a pain!

Gym facilities and pool not upto standard of Grand Hyatt All facilities located on ground floor except CJC leading to crowding at all times. No grounds to go for a walk

Absolutely incredible stay – we didn’t want to leave! Everything about our stay at Eleve was amazing. From the moment we arrived, the service was superb and we were made to feel incredibly welcome. Keith was an absolute gentleman and couldn’t have done more for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he genuinely went above and beyond throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was fantastic, with every meal being delicious, and the BBQ on our last night was the perfect way to finish our stay. It was brilliant and such a memorable evening. The setting is incredible, with beautiful scenery, a lovely pool and such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. It was exactly what we needed and felt like a real escape. We honestly couldn’t fault Eleve and would absolutely return. A huge thank you to Keith and the whole team for making our stay so special. Highly recommended!

Everything was fantastic.
