We had a wonderful week in this beautiful ocean view condo. The communication from Tripp and Jamie was fabulous and made us feel very comfortable ahead of our stay. We arrived on Saturday to an immaculate condo and a lovely note and brownies! There was plenty of convenient parking and no issues with elevators or wait times. Having never stayed in a Kingston tower before, we were pleasantly surprised how quiet it was all week even during the 4th of July holiday. The condo is very well appointed and decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms are updated and the huge master shower was a nice bonus! We did several loads of laundry throughout the week and it was nice to have a full size washer and dryer and room to hang clothes etc. While we did not do a ton of cooking the kitchen was well stocked with newer appliances. We also really enjoyed having 3 separate balconies. Our teenage girls spent a lot of time hanging out on the one of their bedroom. Thanks again for a great stay!

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Excellent communication. The condo was so clean and had everything we needed for the week. We loved our stay!

This property was just as advertised and more and the host are beyond exceptional! Definitely would stay here again - it is 10/10

Jamie and Tripp have an awesome property. It's so nicely appointed, very clean and had great beach views. Jamie and Tripp are so easily accessible and very responsive. We can't wait to stay there again.
