Interior
Kitchen fully stocked with all you need! Stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as toaster, coffee maker, and blender. All kitchen cookware, dishes, cutlery, utensils, and cleaning products are provided. Suite has its own laundry area, with full-size washer and dryer. Two bedrooms have a Queen & a Double bed. Both beds have protective mattress and pillow covers, fresh fitted white sheets (flat sheets & throw blankets in each closet for your comfort/preference) & pillows provided.
*Please bring your own comforters/blankets/sleeping bags.

Dining and living room area, with a ROKU TV (set to “Guest Mode” for streaming your own personal streaming services) & DVD Player. Wireless internet is also supplied.

Exterior
The walkout suite opens onto its own patio with furniture and fenced yard with fire-pit.

A few things we ask of our guests:

Cottage-Courtesy:
- Please treat our home with respect
- No Smoking inside, including vaping (you may smoke/vape outside but you are responsible for disposing of your smoking materials in a safe & courteous manner!)
- No pets in or on property, No exceptions
- Please keep noise to a minimum after 11pm
- Please only eat in the kitchen and dining area, and not in the bedrooms.
- Do not use couch in living room as a bed or sleeping area.
- Do not use any furniture, cushions, pillows, etc that are indoors for outdoor use.
- No open flame candles

NOT PROVIDED:
- comforters/blankets/sleeping bags.
- beach towels.
- Firewood
- As part of our housekeeping policy, we don’t provide opened or reusable food items (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, coffee, etc) to ensure consistency and hygiene for all guests.

CHECK IN:
- You will be provided a code for a key-pad door lock to gain entrance into the suite. This is sent thru VRBO messaging on check-in day: after 12:00pm, before 4:00pm check-in

CHECK OUT:
- Garbage is to be removed and placed in the black bin at the alley; Recycling placed in the blue lid bin (pick up is Tuesday morning)
- Bagged bottles/cans left behind must not be left with Garbage & Recycling in alley, rather leave in marked bin or in yard.
- Yard should be left spotless, no debris from wood cutting, garbage, cigarette butts, food, etc - fire pit should be left clean
- Please ensure all dirty dishes are placed in the dishwasher & turned on prior to check-out
- Leave refrigerator/freezer clean & empty *No food left behind
- Place used bedding in the provided hamper in laundry areas
- Place used towels in the provided hamper in laundry areas
- Close and lock all doors & windows
- Turn off all lights (indoor/outdoor) & fans.
- Thermostat should be OFF
- Outdoor hose OFF
- Please send a message thru VRBO messaging upon check out, to let us know you’ve left the premises.

Other things to note:

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located at the front & rear. These cameras record video and audio 24/7 and are used for security purposes only. There are no cameras inside the home or any private spaces.
