Well, situated in the city, swimming pool and rooftop bar, staff were very friendly

The A/C didn’t cool in the first room and I had to change rooms after the first night when I didn’t sleep much The toilet seat was broken in one of the two bathrooms

The location and the views were amazing. The bed was comfy and the roll away bed was large enough for two children. The staff was lovely.

The pool was extremely filthy!!! Our bodies and facies were covered with green algae after a swim. We could hear everything between rooms and from the floor above. The rooms was very dusty, robes were dirty. There was nothing to wash the dishes with in our apartment. There was old crusty meat in one of the pots. The second bathroom was unusable as the seat was completely broken off and the washing machine blocked the toilet. And there were dirty splatters on all walls. The breakfast wasn’t great, except the eggs and noodles that are made fresh. Le Botum could be such a lovely little place with a few minor fixes.
