Our stay was great! When we arrived (we had been up since 3am) the aggressive time share folks spared us no mercy. We had our grocery’s and all of our luggage and had a very hard time getting our wristbands and getting into our room! After that we had a great time!

Just the check in process that is annoying. We feel we are taking as hostage to attend a time share presentation which we have no interest. We did not get our room before 8:30pm
