Great location
Nothing to complain about!

At the center but peaceful street. 5 min walk from florez, about 7 min to sao bento. There is staff at the front desk in the mornings, very kind - helped us with the luggage.
The room was clean.
No elevator, keep in mind.
Not recommended to get by a rental car.
The room doesn't have refrigerator - written in advance just for knowledge.

Susana made our stay perfect. She and other staff helped with luggage, and looked after it after we had checked out so we could have time in Porto without carrying our bags around. All with a smile and a warm welcome.
Nothing.

The host at the front desk was incredibly nice and accomodating for the time she was working. The location was perfect.
The room smelled like mildew - the sheets weren't properly dried. The smell was gross to be honest. And my neighbors were incredibly loud and the walls are VERY thin; the earplugs didn't work. The room wasnt great, I expected a bit more.
