The property is cute and very conveniently located close to the river. We were disappointed that the property didn’t seem to have been cleaned very recently. The beds were a mixed bag of ok or not very comfortable specifically the smaller bed in the bedroom and the one in the living room they were very hot like not breathable. The a/c worked great though, they also provide a box fan in case you need it. Lots of pillows and extra blankets are provided. My favorite part was they provided P L E N T Y of towels, there was 7 of us for basically 3 days and we were perfectly covered. The kitchen is pretty well equipped. We grilled all our bigger meals and the grill was in ok condition but it got the job done.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home needs many maintenance improvements. The doors don’t close and jam. The handrail on the back porch was broken and rotten. The home had funky smell when we arrived. The bed sheets and comforters in the master room were dirty. There were no cleaning supplies available to clean up. We had to buy them or make due. We spent most our time out doors so the cold a/c was nice to return to. Over all we would not stay here again.
