EDEM Hotel

La localización, la limpieza y la amabilidad del personal

Good clean modern hotel, good breakfast overlooking lovely courtyard where live music performed at times in the evenings. Restaurant on the property is very convinient serves meals, coffee deserts. Great location, UNESCO site and big shopping area is walking distance.

Shower water presure is low therefore it tales longer to rinse off soap, no lobby or seating area.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Edem Hotel. The location was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated being allowed to check in early at no additional charge. A special mention to Miss Dilbar, who was extremely accommodating, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. I had a special request before arrival, and she handled everything smoothly and efficiently, which made the whole experience so much easier. One of my friends also celebrated her birthday during our stay, and the hotel surprised us with a beautiful fruit platter and a cake! It was such a thoughtful gesture and honestly made our stay even more memorable. 🎂🍓 Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail. Thank you, Edem Hotel and especially Miss Dilbar, for making our stay in Turkistan so pleasant and memorable!
