The neighborhood is very nice and safe, with plenty of markets, cafes, and places to eat nearby. It’s easy to get around by metro or bus. The apartment was clean and had a nice terrace, though I’d say it’s a bit pricey for what it offers.

Mornings can be a bit noisy. The master bedroom is pretty quiet, but the smaller room picks up more noise from neighbors, especially in the evenings and early mornings. There's a school and a playground right in front of the building so if you like to sleep with an open window or want to open the terrace door - it will get pretty loud. Light sleepers might find this challenging, though it didn’t bother me too much.

View from the balcony, super calm, quiet neighbourhood. Prompt answers from the agency. Good value for money when compared with similar apartments in bcn
