My favourite hostel so far in Japan. The hosts are really friendly and welcoming. The shared living space and kitchen were absolutely perfect for chilling out and meeting other travellers. I would definitely stay again.

Great staff. They are friendly, helpful and flexible/understanding. The staff speaks English very well and are easy to talk to wich makes for a welcoming mood. Nice common areas and good service overall.
The shoes at the entrance make the genkan a bit smelly. Not a big deal tho. The stay was amazing nevertheless!

It was in a very beautiful neighborhood and near Aoto station which made it easy to commute. I really loved the area and the rivers!
The top bunk beds had no curtains or any kind of privacy, you also couldn't hang anything up yourself either. The host did his morning round of trash can cleaning before 10am when people were still sleeping. The shower and toilets were dirty and the kitchen also didnt feel too clean. The showerroom was full of mould... The host also smelled like alcohol quite often
