Good central location, clean, spacious apartment. Very communicative staff, good info on local facilities.

My wife didn’t like being bitten a lot by at night mosquitoes 😔. She is prone to them, and should have taken more precautions but maybe a notice in the room would be useful ? Anyway … just saying this so others are forewarned ! (I was fine btw 😊)

La ubicación es realmente excelente, en un buen barrio, que permite caminar hacia todos lados y a 2 cuadras de la estación del tren. El departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para la estadía Al llegar, me entregaron un kit de bienvenida con te, café, aceite, azúcar y detergente de loza Cuenta con una lavadora de ropa compartida con los otros departamentos. El personal es muy atento y preocupado

La habitación estaba con un olor fuerte a cigarro, que nos tomó un par de días eliminar. Los huéspedes de la habitación de al lado hablaban demasiado fuerte hasta altas horas de la noche.

Locatie was heel goed bij station Porta Nuova en Via Roma. Het appartement is comfortabel en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt inclusief een welkomstpakket. Eén minpuntje, de buren zijn goed te horen.

The staff.. The main problem was the payment process. What the hotel calls a “pre-authorization” is not a real pre-authorization: they actually charge €200 upfront. When you arrive, they do not deduct it from your stay, and instead tell you that the refund may take 15 days to 3 weeks. This is not a normal or acceptable hotel procedure. I also asked for a simple invoice/proof of payment, and despite being told I would receive it, I had to insist several times. They finally sent it after I had already left, and honestly, if I had not put pressure on them, I’m not sure I would have ever received it. Overall, the administrative handling was misleading, extremely slow, and very frustrating.
