Beautiful hotel
Some of the paintwork in the hotel stairwell looked liked it needed a refresh
It would have been good to have had teabags replaced on a daily basis (this was done with water so it should be easy to do for this too)

Beds were comfortable
Good shower and bathroom
Fairly quiet room overlooking Gare de l'Est
No traffic from the road
Good facilities, swimming pool, sauna, gym, we didn't have time to use them
Room was small but manageable not a problem as we were out all the time

Great location and wonderful staff
Elevator didn’t work and I had to climb 90 steps with luggage

Nice colors, we had a big bathroom and the beds where comfortable. Good location.
You have to pay extra for using the spa which is in the basement. It was quite expensive for what you got. Ok breakfast, would be good with some more options.
