The location of this property was perfect!! Great view of ocean from balcony. Perfect space for my husband and I. Front desk and maintenance were very prompt with a problem in the suite. The water in shower was either ice cold or scalding hot. Maintenance was able to fix at that moment but the next day, it was the same thing. Also, the seating in the living area was so uncomfortable. However, overall , this was a great place to stay. Hopefully the issue with the water will be resolved.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This trip was great again. I come down to say and fish off shore. In the 3 1/2 days I had to fish (weather permitting) I caught 82 fish off the shore......I had a ball! The ONLY problem again (this is my 4th trip returning) was the WiFi in the room was difficult AGAIN!

Property could use an update, but we spent most of our time at the beach and in St. Augustine.
