With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the property is extremely suitable for 6 people. Recently, air conditioning has been installed in all bedrooms, so you are assured of a cool night's rest. The 'small, cozy living room opens directly onto a delightful terrace. Here you enjoy a spectacular panoramic view over the urbanisation and the azure blue Mediterranean Sea.

Around the house you will find various terraces that are completely enclosed – ideal and safe when you take your faithful four-legged friend on holiday. On the side of the apartment is the beautiful private swimming pool. For the peace of mind of parents with small children, access to the pool can be completely closed off. You also need not worry about parking: you can easily park your car on the street directly next to the house.

Less than a kilometre's walk away lies the picturesque, charming bay of Sa Tuna. The route down (and back up again!) is a nice challenge for the sporty walker. Once in the bay you are rewarded with crystal-clear water and a selection of cosy little restaurants where you can enjoy a bite and a drink whilst taking in the view.

The Costa Brava is known for its spectacular coastal paths (Camins de Ronda). It is precisely from Sa Tuna that you start the most beautiful walks along the rocky coastline, hidden coves and pine forests.
