Location perfect

The staff was late to the check in and we had to wait in a restaurant, also the bed had several blood/wine stains

W samym centrum , klimat , aż żałuję że to tylko jedna noc :)

Jedynym minusem dla innych może być oddalony parking - ale z 5 dzieci daliśmy radę więc się da :)

The location is great, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the restaurant they have has great food.

The first room we got had a smell of mold and the ac was broken. We were transferred to a room that was much better, but we still found that a lot of small things were missing - no hair dryer, no sockets next to the bed, no wifi password, the bedside lamps were both out of battery, and the remote control for the ac and tv were both not working, we had to manually turn them on and off.

Great location so quite convenient - very much within walking distance to all the major attractions within old town. Spacious in terms of both the bedroom and the bathroom. Clean enough.

Only one very old and smallish towel was provided per person for shower. No hand towel or floor mat for shower. This means if you dont have your own towels then you will wet the tile floor as you exit (tripping hazard). This is unexpected since it is not a hostel and certainly unusual compared to everywhere else we had been in Croatia. Pillows are of uneven sizes. Facilities and furniture within the apartment generally feel quite old and not all of them function properly. The TV does not work and no instructions have been provided on how to operate it either. Internet is just about ok but not always consistent. The shower head is so old the water squeezed out sideways. Insufficient toilet rolls but thankfully we brought our own. There is a kitchen but they didn’t seem to want one to use it so nothing to clean the kitchen. Host is not particularly responsive - probably only work certain hours but that was not communicated. No parking as the property is in pedestrian zone. If you use nearby garages (10mins walk uphill) to park overnight or 24+ hours, then make sure you exchange ticket in office otherwise machine charge you an extortionate amount (happened to us).
