The recently renovated shower room includes a separate toilet. The hallway leads to the two south-facing bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, and the other with a double bed. The separate, fully equipped kitchen provides access to the rear of the house.
The garden, furnished with outdoor furniture (garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol, etc.), offers a pleasant space for relaxation. Secure parking is available on the property. Nearby shops (bakery, pastry shop, grocery store, cafes/restaurants, bookstore, tobacconist, etc.) are easily accessible on foot. A shed is also available for storing your bicycles and beach equipment. This popular neighborhood is particularly lively during the summer season.

Please note that the upper floor of the accommodation is not included in the rental. The entrance is shared with the adjoining villa to the left, and there is no physical separation between the gardens.
Pets are not allowed. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner "Le Linge du Bassin" (code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership). Final cleaning is included, following regular maintenance of the rental during your stay.
