Top location, amazing hotel!
10 / 10Wyjątkowy·paź 2026
We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. We especially loved the beautiful design and the excellent location in the heart of the Old Town, within walking distance of everything. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the hotel offered everything we needed, and the staff provided warm, personal and attentive service throughout our stay.
We personally managed well with the accessibility, but it is something guests should be aware of when booking. As the hotel is located in the historic Old Town and is housed in an older building, there is no elevator. There are also some stairs and a slight uphill walk to reach the hotel. This wasn’t a problem for us, but it may be important to consider for guests with limited mobility.

Literally everything, every single thing was really thought of. The overall atmosphere is just so lovely. The staff is the kindest and most helpful I've seen. The furniture and beds and toiletries are simply brilliant. The manager Dimitar was amazing. I really cannot recommend this place enough, you have to visit and experience it!
