Sophisticated, environmentally top-rated hotel with a fascinating history as a former prison. Dinners at the restaurant, Ravintola Ruben, were superb. Room was comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly, very helpful, and (this being Finland) spoke excellent English. Proximity to a funicular down the hill is a real plus.
Not much. Breakfast included scrambled eggs that weren't very tasty. The control panel for the room's ac unit is a small black square on the side of the bed frame with tiny print and touch-sensitive operation that, at least in my case, required multiple firm stabs. I consider these minor inconveniences.

The hotel was very interesting and well thought. We really enjoyed the stay!
The location is not very central but neither far. On the top of teh hill and only a short walk to the center
