Mossa Well Being Hotel - Heated pool and Wellness Spa

Lovely pool and breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Close to nice protected beaches. Easy access to Chania old town.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location with bus stop for Chania right outside and many lovely beaches and eateries a few minutes walk away. The pool was wonderful for a morning dip. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our room was lovely and spacious with a balcony looking over the pool. I definitely want to come back.

Nothing. Everything was perfect!

All the staff were kind, smiling, and helpful, both before and during our stay. They were very helpful with everything, from the airport transfer to car rental and recommendations for places to visit.

The hotel was not very flexible when it comes to bath equipement changing (towels for the room or pool / beach)

Everyone working there was exceptional-kind, attentive, and always willing to help or answer any questions we had. They were also incredibly helpful with recommendations throughout our stay. Alexandros at the front desk was amazing and truly went above and beyond! The communication both during and after our stay was excellent as well. Even after checkout, the team continued to assist us via email in arranging spa facilities and other services. The level of hospitality and attention to detail was outstanding, and we truly appreciated how welcoming and accommodating everyone was.

If I had to suggest one area for improvement, it would be providing individual bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Personally, I’m not a fan of refillable products in wall-mounted containers, and I feel individual amenities would make the experience feel a bit more elevated and luxurious.
