Location and parking
Noise from the pub next door on a Saturday night.

Everything we needed. Good location. Would make a good base for exploring the area in the warmer weather.
A light on a sensor inside the inside the electric gate would be helpful as path is very dark. Not a complaint just a suggestion that may help future guests. We thought the property was excellent

Very cosy little place tucked away. Gated property, peace of mind with the car. Exceptionally clean and everything we needed.

The accommodation inside and out was outstanding and very well equipped! Located centrally in the town with a very short walk to all the amenities!
The building was attached to a pub, which was very noisy in the evenings beyond midnight Friday and Saturday and 11pm on Sunday when we heard a man and woman shouting very loudly at one another, so much so we could hear what they were saying! Add to this the late nightly dumping of glass bottles into a dustbin that was located on the outside wall of Topiary Barn, it was not conducive to a peaceful stay!
