Excellent location in a beautiful part of Munich from where we could reach all points of interest on foot. Very friendly staff, particularly the gentleman on Reception when we arrived and left.
Good size room with seating. Comfortable bed. Fridge very useful.
Breakfast was OK, although some fresh bread/rolls and consistent fresh fruit would have been nice.
No air conditioning and fan not very powerful. Although the area is relatively quiet, it is still too noisy to sleep comfortably with the balcony door open (which is also a bit risky on the first floor, but there were no windows we could have opened safely). Also no window or individual ventilation in bathroom.

The location was excellent. A short walk to the marionette square, underground lines and buses. Very accessible. The gentlman who checked us in was great, super helpful. We were able to park on the street outfront for a very reasonable cost.
I thought the breakfast was a little pricey for what you got. Also the courtyard has many buildings backing onto it with several noisy people, early in the morning.

Close to town. Underground parking. Restaurants close by.
It was all a bit soulless. Minimal staff and facilities. No bar (vending machines instead). Very average breakfast.
