Anna met us on the street and showed us everything we needed to access the apartment and use the amenities and gave advice on restaurants nearby. Meeting us was good as it might be difficult finding this place alone. The area was fine, lots of students but not noisy, maybe a 15/20 min walk to the Piazza Maggiore. There is a supermarket approx 5 min walk away and a bakery around the corner for breakfast etc. It wasnt far from the train station.
Not a dislike but a lot of tourist things centre around the Piazza Maggiore, you should probably be ok with the 20 min walk to and from the piazza when booking.

The appartment was in a very good place, near the train station and also near the city center. The host was helpful and answered to our requests and helped us with our suitcases the day of checkin and checkout.
Allthough from the first glance the appartment seemed quite clean, we discovered it was not so clean. We travelled with a baby that crawls so our standards in this matter are high. The host apologised and offered us to clean again which was nice. The place is a bit noisy by night.

Location was close to train and bus station.
Apartment appeared clean.
Staff was super helpful.
Apartment was in a safe place.
For me, Most important thing is the bathroom, especially the shower.
It had less than half of a shower enclosure so shower water flooded the bathroom floor with every shower. Owner said just stand to the right side and you’ll be fine.
It wasn’t.
Bed only had a duvet for a blanket, no bed sheet, and it didn’t cover from armpits up.
And it had stains on it. Yuk !
Apartment had no soap upon arrival but staff did bring some the next day.
Was also cold at night
Lots of loud noise from the street all night and people above were loud
