Sheena and Ippei is a lovely traditional stay in a quiet residential neighborhood. The room was a very traditional tatami mat setup with futon and table for two on the floor. There was a small bathroom down the hall and a shower downstairs. The manager was lovely and very welcoming.
The room did not have some of the amenities we had experienced in other stays such as toiletries or tea kettles. And although it was fun to stay in a non touristed neighborhood it did take longer to travel to various sites.

De eigenaars, erg vriendelijk.
De kamer was comfortabel, licht en ruim.
Vlakbij een treinstation.
Rustige buurt weg uit de drukte.
Een trap naar beneden voor de gedeelde douche, maar eigenlijk niemand tegengekomen en hoefden niet te wachten op iemand anders. (Wel twee wasbakken en toiletten apart van de douche). Hostelachtig.

Oba-chan is really nice, she asks questions and also lets you have your private space. I also liked that there were different "pop-ups" that were held in the kitchen/ shared space where i would meet different bakers that i would converse quickly with. I liked the space which felt really traditional and separate from the big city but still close.
Everything was clean but unfortunately some dust could be found on different parts of the place/room.

Schönes Zimmer mit Schiebetüren und Sichtschutz im Ryokan Stil. Weniger touristische, schöne Lage, sehr nettes Personal, morgendlicher Kaffee oder Saft inklusive. Günstiger Waschsalon nebenan.
Wegen des Waschsalons wackelt manchmal der Boden im Zimmer :)
