Rendezvous Classic House

Large and comfy bed and great location.

Nothing loved it.

Clean and comfortable room. Nice pool for cooling off. Good location.

Breakfast on the expensive side.

The staff is very available, it helped us also to plan a tour to Chiang Rai, directly contacting a driver for us. The room is comfortable, there is everything you could need for basic needs, even a complete toothbrush set. From here you can walk easily in the old town and grabs can pick you up outside the hotel.

The breakfast could have more variety, but it's not bad anyway.

It was clean and comfortable

The hotel was nice, clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, I was very disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay, as this was not communicated to us before arrival. Had we known in advance, we would have chosen different accommodation. Unfortunately, there also didn’t seem to be any effort made to provide guests with access to a nearby or surrounding pool as an alternative. The pool was an important part of why we chose this accommodation, so this had a significant impact on our stay. Overall, the hotel itself was lovely and the staff were nice, but the lack of communication about the pool closure and no alternative arrangement being offered was disappointing.
