It was an interesting concept having a food court, clothing and reception all on the one floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location meant we could eat out if we didn’t fancy eating in the food court and there was a geothermal spa very in walking distance.
The bathroom was very hot and couldn’t see how to adjust the temperature. One member of staff was not very helpful when we requested a take away breakfast due to leaving early. Thankfully another member was more accommodating when we enquired a second time.

Loved the fun, modern vibe! The food hall was very convenient for grabbing a meal after a long day of traveling. Room was comfortable and cozy.

We booked the Greenhouse as a base for the Golden Circle and Blafjoll and it was well positioned for both activities. The hotel is well presented and clean. Staff were helpful and we enjoyed our stay. The food hall was convenient and had a good choice of eateries, and it felt fun and buzzy, The hotel is next to a Bonus supermarket which was handy for getting snacks and supplies for the long journeys.
I think the photos on the website make it look bigger and buzzier than it actually is. In reality, the food hall has 5 vendors and felt quite chilly at times. The mezzanine viewing platform was particularly draughty which meant that it wasn't a place you wanted to relax, unlike the pictures suggest. Breakfast was well presented but limited to continental, rather than anything heartier to get you ready to face the elements!
