I loved the room, the safety, and the staff. I felt so cozy and comfortable at all times, especially as a young female travelling on her own. The host was incredibly kind and so helpful.

The location was convenient and easy to access, with parking available at no extra cost as requested. Collecting the keys from reception was smooth. The host was excellent, kind, and communicated clearly throughout. Overall, the stay was comfortable and pleasant.
There was not much to complain about.

Safety and Clean
Struggled with hot water at some point, tried reporting it and the response was not immediate but the following day it was resolved and the room was cold.
