We absolutely loved our stay! A special mention to Nakanishi Yuta, who went above and beyond to make our experience so enjoyable. All the staff were exceptional, always welcoming, friendly and happy to assist in any way. The location was amazing, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and having a balcony was a wonderful bonus. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and hope to be back again soon!

Absolutely nothing! Everything was a perfect 10 out of 10 — the location, the staff and the rooms. The room cleaning every three days suited us perfectly. We had the most amazing stay and couldn't fault a thing. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Location. Cleanliness.

Modified Family Rooms. 2nd Floor Rooms. This is our 2nd stay after in 3 years During our first stay we had adjoining rooms as a family room. Each with 3 single beds. They have since modified the rooms with bunk beds to sleep up to 6 people in one room. Nothing wrong with that but the modification seem to have been a budget fix. Awkward power point locations on the lower bunk beds means that you would have to leave your phone charging on the bed because the points are in the middle. The room size is too small to accommodate 4 people comfortably, let alone 6 people. The room given to us had no day curtains. Which meant we had to keep the curtains closed at all times for privacy from the building across the street as we were on the 2nd floor. The reception area and "lobby" area is located on the 2nd floor. And if you are given a room on the 2nd floor, it means that you open your room door diagonally opposite the lift and you will be in full view of other guests in the "lobby" or guests waiting for the lift every time you opened the door. This really annoyed me. For the price, much better accommodation are available in the area, albeit without 'family' rooms.
