We stayed with another family (total of 4 kids under 7) and had a wonderful time staying in this villa. The location is in a hilly countryside with a view of the sea in the distance yet only 15 minutes from beautiful beaches. The villa was beautiful and exactly as pictures show and the landscaping well taken care of. The pool was a lovely addition to the home and there are two great areas to eat alfresco. Air conditioning only ran from 15:00-17:00 and 20:00-8:00 which ended up working for our schedule, however note that the AC units are only in the bedrooms and the rest of the house was quite hot since we were there during a heat wave. The other thing to note is that the second larger double bedroom for the adults is on ground level and not accessible from the rest of the house. The property management team was responsive when needed. Trash disposal was a little challenging and unclear so we had to find public dumping cans in Santanyi daily to dump trash. Overall a lovely stay and we would stay again. Highly recommend!
