This was a great condo for our family Disney trip. It was literally just minutes from the parks. Condo was very clean, it even smelled like it had just been cleaned. Owner communicated back with us immediately, check in and out was a breeze.

We stayed at this property in October of 2021 and enjoyed our stay there, so when we planned another visit to "The Happiest Place on Earth", we booked a stay here again. The property was just a nice in August of 2025 as it was in 2021. The kitchen is nicely stocked, there were some snacks, coffee pods and tea bags for our use. Everything was clean and bright, just as we remembered it. We would recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay within a 10 - 15-minute drive to Disney World. Carlos is a very fine host!

Our stay at the property was absolutely wonderful. The home was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. The furnishings were not only comfortable but thoughtfully selected to make us feel at home. We especially appreciated the extra supplies provided, which made our stay even more convenient. One of the biggest advantages was the property's proximity to the Disney parks—just a short drive away, which made getting to and from the parks each day incredibly easy. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would absolutely stay here again!

When we checked in to the condo, the condo had not been cleaned from the prior visitors. I contacted the owner and he was very apologetic. The cleaning lady had cleaned the wrong condo that day. An honest mistake. The cleaning lady arrived later that evening and cleaned the condo while we were there. The owner offered to refund us the cleaning fee from our stay, and he did refund us after our trip. The condo was nice and met our needs in a good location. I would recommend it to friends/family.
