The location was perfect. Tucked away so you don’t hear the noise from the main road but close enough to walk everywhere. The accommodations were spacious for our group. It would be helpful to note that the main house has 3/2. The attached casita is a 2/1 with a different entry. We did reach out regarding the grill in the listing, which we purchased food for, and the property manager called us the next day to say they had switched software and the description is not accurate. Recommend calling to speak to PM if you have any questions or concerns before arrival. They were very responsive before we arrived. It was absolutely lovely to have coffee in the morning next to the water feature and the Wii and other games were a hit!!Highly recommend this location.

I'd rate this one thousand out of 10 if I could

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in Sedona. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect! We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and even the starting point for our jeep excursion. We would not hesitate to recommend staying here.

The home was recently remodeled and very clean. The location was central and close to most shops and restaurants in Sedona. The neighborhood location was not good. In front are two store apartments, behind are two story homes looking down on your very small sitting area. This is also across from one of the bus stop locations with noise and dogs barking in morning hours. Be aware.
