Great property. Never lets us down.

Great value, great property, great hosts, clean, 2 minute stroll to the beach (one long block) ... for the money, can't beat it!We stayed several days in June of 2026. The property is just as described, and just as good as you see in the photos. It has been nicely remodeled, with nice bathrooms and a gorgeous kitchen. It has two levels, with the main bedroom and bathroom on the first level, and two additional bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd level. Perfect for a large family with kids (kids upstairs, parents below). Really nice deck as well. Had all of the beach toys, covers, and chairs you need. Nice TV and plenty of couch seating as well.The A/C blows really cold. We were advised to keep the temp at 70 degrees or above, but on some evenings that was not quite cool enough for keeping the main bedroom cool, so we did need to sneak in a couple of nights at 68 to be able to sleep comfortably (A/C did fine with that, but outside air temp was in the 70s so it did not have to work hard, on sunny days with temps in the 90s, absolutely you should not push any A/C unit to the limit, so I totally understand the general rule ... just sharing as FYI, and we did get a text when we put the temp under 70 as a "reminder").We did have a very slight issue with tiny bugs that are similar to gnats or little ants. They don't fly, and they don't bite, but at certain times they appeared in force. But with a little spray (just look under the sink) it was not a problem.Overall A

The house was very nice and close to the beach. All went very well and it was easy in and out. Highly recommend.

Our stay was short, but we really enjoyed the house. It’s very close walking distance to the beach. The large wrap around porch is nice. We would definitely stay here again.
