Reviewer Comments: When we first arrived, we were blown away by the looks of the cabin and the mountain views. We had no issues getting to the cabin and into the cabin. Being able to get the door code sent to our phones was great. The cabin was relatively clean with a few spots of dirt on the floor. One of the lights in the kitchen was flickering and we messaged the number that we had and they offered to send maintenance to fix it but we said it was alright and just unscrewed the bulb. When we went upstairs, the set up was a little different than what the pictures online showed but it was still nice. My son was disappointed that there wasn't a chessboard like the pictures showed though. The doors downstairs wouldn't stay closed unless we locked them. We went to get into the hot tub and we noticed that the handle was broken so again, we sent a picture them to let them know something was wrong before we even used it. The stove cooked unevenly but we were able to figure out the hot spots pretty quickly. The extremely disappointing part was when we went to put ice in our cooler to take drinks to the community pool, we noticed that there was dirt/mold in the ice maker and we had been using that all week. We sent a picture immediately to the number and were told that they would review it when we checked out. They did not even offer to have someone come out to look at it and said management would look over it once we checked out. I was incredibly upset about this since we had been drinking ice water all week and we could have gotten sick and they didn't even offer to make it right. I will from now on be checking ice makers in cabins and hotels. Other than those things, we had a good stay but for the price that we paid, I expected the cabin to be cleaner and for those issues to be handled promptly by management. We never heard from management about our complaint for the ice maker and again for the price we paid, I was disappointed about that and want to warn people to check their ice makers.

My parents could not get up and down the stairs. The wind was blowing hard one night and it sounded like something was beating under the cabin. One of our kids got a rash from the hot tub.
