The cleanliness of the room and quality of furniture was excellent.
The pool was not clean

They were very accommodating of my requests and willing to help. All the staff are friendly right from the gate to Maureen who is very switched on and made my stay worthwhile. I felt safe as a solo female traveler, the night guard confirms that you are safe in the car that picks you up and ensures the same during drop off.

The staff did organise a fan as I was so hot did not realise they did not have AC and it was vert hot
I did not realise the property did not have AC and was an apartment assumed it had, I think they said make this clear on their booking information.
