The location and the property were very nice and the rooms were lovely and the views were amazing from the balcony
The breakfast was nice but very small and weird rules about being charged extra if you order past a certain time even if you arrive before the cut off at 11am. Some of the staff just needed a bit training or something and weren’t the nicest. A couple of them were lovely. End of season for them so maybe they were tired

The property was incredible, so beautifully designed. The rooms were great too and we were fortunately upgraded. The views from the property were amazing too. The staff were exceptional, especially the manager, Angela. We received the warmest welcome from Nicolas and Angela complete with a welcome drink. The staff could not be more helpful to us. This hotel really understands luxury and customer service.

Exceptional hotel, amazing staff that really helps you with anything you need. Extraordinary attention to detail, you really feel like you get what you pay for.
The breakfast is pretty mediocre. Although it is à la carte, the portions are very small and nothing exciting about the taste of it. Coffee could be improved too.

Decor was nice. Rooms were good albeit a bit small.
Layout was not great, eating experience was cramped and it’s not really set up as a “hotel”
