I was so charmed by this home. I especially loved the upstairs bedroom with queen bed - so cozy. The home and property was clean, tidy, and well kept. I felt very comfortable and have zero complaints. Will book again next time I’m in Boyne.

Very nice location, easy access to all the places to go up north. The house itself has a nice home feel, plenty of space to spread out. Very comfortable.

Great location

Well, first off VRBO did not get me the check in code, I had to reach out to them and that ended up being a struggle. We finally got in the house about 5:30 when we were there to check in at 4:30.When going around and checking the place out it was found in the upstairs bathroom that a dirty wet wash rag and towel were left hanging behind the door. Also, we noticed that the advertised queen bed upstairs was more like a full size bed. After being there a couple of days we then noticed there were no garbage bags, toilet paper or paper towels so, of course I had to reach out to have the house manager bring us some. This for sure was not the best VRBO that I have stayed in, the house smelled like musty moldy when we first walked in as well. I would not book this VRBO again.
