Tipsey is close to the beach, it was very clean with updated kitchen floor and a new refrigerator. The owner responds quickly when contacted. I look forward to next year at Tipsey Pelican.

Absolutely our favorite cottage in Avon! Close to the beach with a cozy cottage feel and close to all the shops and restaurants. Jeff is a wonderful owner and easy to communicate with! We already booked for next year!

Loved the options of a screened in porch and open porch! Over all the house was great. I have it on my list of potential stays if I go back to avon!

The house is in need of a deep clean. The owners rely on the previous guests to clean the cutlery, and obviously never checking on the cleanliness of it.
