Property had an amazing location! Right on the beach! Inside was clean, but a little dated and worn. Hosts were friendly and responded immediately to little problems. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Only negative was no beach equipment. Must bring your own beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Difficult when flying.

This house performed well in hosting our family of eight that included children starting at age 8 and grandparents up to age 71. The location was very good and the beach was gorgeous. The house had everything it said it would and nothing more. Do not expect to find leftover beach chairs, toys, or anything else useful that is not including in the listing. The house is a touch dated, but was still very nice. The mattress I slept on felt a bit cheap, but was firm and provided a decent week's sleep. I never expect a house of this sort to be perfect, so host communication is very important to me. Our host was responsive, seemed to actually care about the quality of our stay, and quickly took care of anything I mentioned. We would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was great. The management company created a problem at check out that they then expected me to correct. I got upset with them because they would not own up to their mistake and make it correct.
