The entrance was clean and welcoming, the room was tidy and the beds comfortable. Food was great!!
The staff was a little awkward and parking location was not clearly defined and the parking garage was small for a medium sized truck to navigate.

We were really close to the Tacoma Dome for our Concert. Good secure parking. Staff was very attentive and kind. Beautiful view from the King suite.
For the cost we were expecting a little “more”. The room was nice however their furniture is not very comfortable. Very short, being 6ft it was hard to get comfortable on the couch.
Pillows were pretty flat, and there was a hole is the aged sheets.

The pool was nice and rooms were nice!
I was over charged and double booked a room and no one contacted me or helped me adjust it.
