Great host and house!

Perfect location. Great for large groups.

We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

We have stayed at Crystal Mountain in the past. We had additional guests with us, so we were excited about this property. Overall, we had plenty of space for the number of guests. However, we found a partially eaten piece of pizza in between the couch cushions and dirty towels that were folded as though they were clean in multiple bathrooms. The host offered to rectify the situation right away and to come back the following morning to spruce up the entire space while we were away. The cleaning crew did come and drop off some clean towels, but we had also asked for additional sheets, which were not supplied. They did not return the next day to clean as promised, either. We found multiple areas that were quite dusty, and the shower door in the master bathroom does not work properly. With a bit of care and potentially a new cleaning crew, this would be an amazing rental. It was not what I paid for, and I was not offered even a partial refund based on our experience, which was disappointing. We are frequent travelers and have never had a poor experience. I pride myself on providing fair and positive ratings for our hosts. The resort is lovely and worth the stay, but unfortunately, this host has a bit of work to do in order to secure a four- to five star rating.
