Tru By Hilton Manchester Downtown

This is our 2nd time staying here, and we plan to stay here every time we visit. It is a great hotel with great customer service.

The friendly staff, the restaurant, and being so close to everything.

The hotel is True value for money and has everything you need. Very clean, comfortable beds, excellent location, huge smart TV, free parking right in front, very helpful staff, a bar-restaurant conveniently located at the ground floor of the building. I read comments of other guests complaining about the lack of closets. There is a clothes rack and many shelves to put your clothes and personal items in order. As I have stayed in almost all hotels in Manchester through the years, this is the best by far.

If I had to find something I did not like that would be the loud a/c

The breakfast was just okay.

My biggest complaint is no coffee in the rooms. Who in the world wants to get up and have to get fully dressed to go downstairs to get a cup of coffee? It makes no sense to me. A microwave in the room would also have been very nice. It's not like your rooms are not big enough to accommodate these things. That was very disappointing
