Location.. very spacious.. great communication with host.. really went out of their way to help us. Clean! Has everything one might need.
The proximity to the JR Line is hard to ignore. They obviously supply ear plugs but it’s in the background. It’s fine and bearable but don’t be surprised.

Quite spacious and well located, easy access to public transport
Beds were very hard, unable to access fresh air in to the property

Excellent location, walking distance to Okubo station,
It took us 15-20 min to get to Shinjuku.

Toilet, Shower and Laundry was in separate areas. Close to station.
Even though we stayed more than 4 nights, no cleaning was offered by them. Rubbish on Street, even thoughI made clear we were 4 people, but there was not enough space in the apartment. There was only one extra bin bag provided for our 5 days stay.
