The Cottage was the perfect home base for our group attending a nearby wedding. The property was incredibly clean, beautifully appointed, and welcoming. The owner, Lesli (who lives on the adjacent house), greeted us with amazing cookies upon arrival. We absolutely loved sitting on the wraparound porch at night listening to the frogs and owls. The location is excellent for exploring Kansas City and the towns to the east. Highly recommended

This property is the perfect combination of country and city. The location is secluded and peaceful, but is within a short drive of many restaurants and shops! The hosts are so nice, and the house is extremely comfortable and charming. It was the perfect stay and we will definitely be back.

We had a great time at the country cottage. Place was clean and really cute, kitchen had all the supplies we needed, beds are comfortable, plenty of linens, so quiet and peaceful. We will definitely plan to stay there again the next time we’re in the area. We would highly recommend this country cottage!

The property was exactly what we were looking for: beautiful, well furnished, good communication with our hosts, and close to several biking trails. The rooms were as listed with large bedrooms and bathrooms. The bedding was the best we have had as it was very soft and unscented. It was very easy to have a good night's sleep! We would definitely come back for another stay if in the area.
