Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a relaxing and enjoyable week at 20 Egret with family and friends. This house has everything you could possibly need. We loved that the pool was on the main level. It made it easy for grandparents to join in on the fun without having to go up and down the stairs. The elevator was also helpful for them to maneuver around the house. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is even more beautiful in person. The location is second to none as it is close to Coligny Plaza yet steps from the beach. One of my favorite things to do was to enjoy the upstairs deck with a cup of coffee in the morning. We hope to be back in the future!

I highly recommend this home. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We were a group of all adults so we appreciated the 5 King beds and the two Queens or full that were in the 6th bedroom. Plenty of room for everyone to gather together and also plenty of space to have privacy or be in smaller groups. Beachside Getaway did a fabulous job of managing the property and the reservation. Very easy to work with. It is an easy walk to the beach and Coligny. Would 100% go back to this home again.

The house is a10. Just as advertised by the reviews. The beds were great and the entire house was superb. We will be back next year.
