Spacious, comfortable, washing machine and everything needed to cook.
Staff generally absent and not regular cleaning.

Loved the spacious room - which is a find in Tokyo! -, washing machine, and the detergent available. It also has a little balcony where you can hand the clothes after washing. It was really a game changer. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals, including rice cooker and dishwasher. There is the option of sleeping on the bed, tatami, ot the expandable sofa. Overall a great experience especially for a longer stay.
Despite a lot of storage throughout the flat, there wasn't anywhere to hang clothes, which is important if you're traveling for business. There was no cleaning of the flat after check in, only if requested, including new towels. The staff was also very absent from the front desk, which made it a bit more difficult if you wanted to ask for anything, although the self check-in and out was easy.

Clean apartment, with fully functioning kitchen. There is a washing machine.
Spacious living room. Secure entrance.
They have in the basement self-service for clean towels and bedsheets.
Quick responses from the host.
Close to many commercials
Difficult garbage sorting due to insufficient number of bins, we resorted to using plastic bags.
Closest metro station is 9-10 minutes walking.
