The master Bed was extremely uncomfortable. In need of a new mattress. The other beds were fine. It was a very spacious place. Would like to stay there again but cannot tolerate uncomfortable sleep.

THE VIEW OF THE GULF WATERS WAS EXTRAORDINARILY BEAUTIFUL!
The Unit was not pristine. But if you want to have a location overlooking the pools, Phoenix West 202 is perfect! Sadly, the Floors in the unit were so nasty that the souls of my daughter's feet were instantly blackened. On Friday morning we reported it to Houskeeping and they sent a Sweetheart to mop.
The CounterTops were beautiful Granite, but the refrigerator and kitchen trash can need to be replaced.
The Condo has some very nice features but some of the furnishings appeared to have been Bargain Basement Buys. Having tried to present a true and honest assessment of the unit, it is only
Right and Fair to report that the overall stay was Peaceful and Relaxing.
