Het personeel en de eigenaresse. Het was een warm bad aan gastvrijheid, behulpzaamheid en gezelligheid. Komen zeker terug!

We misten wat meer licht in de kamer, maar het was voor de rest lekker knus.

Everything was wonderful, from the warm welcome to the moment we left. It truly is a beautiful place in Kalamaki, and as we have been coming here so often, we will surely be coming back to Garden Village. We will definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you, Carol, for your responsiveness and availability, and a really big thank you to everyone here for all their hard work. They are simply the best! ❤️

Nous avons trouvé dommage qu’à chaque fois que nous allions à la piscine de l’hôtel , tous les transats étaient « réservés » avec une serviette posée dessus, alors que les personnes n’étaient même pas présentes à la piscine…

The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes walk to shops, bars, restaurants and an 8-10 minute stroll to the beach. The rooms were cleaned daily and were comfortable! Nice pool area and terrace and the food served at the restaurant was good! Less than 10 minutes from the airport.

The day we arrived the food menus for the restaurant and drinks menu for the bar were removed from our room and not replaced during our stay. Every morning you are sent a text with the menu for that evening, but often there are no prices on there. There are no menus in the restaurant itself or no drinks prices anywhere to be seen on boards at the bar etc. We did ask several times regarding prices or to pay our bill but were told to open a tab and pay at checkout. Also, one week after arriving home we were sent a text saying we owed more money and needed to send it for the accommodation as a mistake had been made with our bill. We were quoted the price in £ sterling when we booked but the bill was given to us in € Euro on checkout so we didn't even query the balance. I was extremely annoyed/upset by this, which the host sensed in my replies. I was then sent another message a few days later saying not to bother sending anymore money as she could tell she had upset me requesting it!
