Me and my family were in town for my sons basic training graduation. This was a last minute booking due to a previous booking being refunded. The host waited until last minute to say the current renter was extending his stay and forgot to take the booking down from the site. But as I looked on other sites the booking was still up at a higher price. While on the other site I found a booking and the host Courtney immediately responded and said it has just been booked and if interested she had another one. It was in a pefect location, cheaper and more space. She kept in communication with me up until the minute of arrival. I even let her know that we will be arriving late due to the bad weather and driving 12 hrs. She understood and told us to be careful. She was the most honest , respectful and caring host I've ever encountered. I would definitely book with her again.
