The property manager and owner were responsive to our concerns however clear that both were used to people staying for a week or two, not a month. Pros :: Easy beach and trolley access. Walking distance to restaurants and Bridge Street. (We are walkers; others may prefer trolley) Beds were comfortable. (Pillows we’re so-so) Cons :: Property needs TLC and better cleaning service. When we arrived silverware in drawer and drawer itself not clean. We asked that certain pots be replaced and suggested beach chairs be replaced in near future as they were fraying. Outside side “yard” not inviting. Keypad was very temperamental. Would be good to have motion light above door to illuminate keypad.
