Our family of 4 very much enjoyed this home. Close walk to the beach. The private pool was such an amazing additive and I used it daily (sometimes a couple of times a day). The house is well maintained and beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was there. We had a wonderful time and look forward to another visit!

The Pool was amazing
The House was spacious
The Beach & Ocean was fabulous
Sadly, we had to deal with LIVE rodents, active bugs, and annoying smells near the treatment plant.
Also, the refrigerator & freezer was not working properly and couldn’t keep our ice cream frozen 🥶
Overall, the house needs more tender loving care, and regular exterminator visits to accommodate beach guests. And again, the location was fantastic and our family visitors loved our vacation time together and touring all of St. Augustine ☀️
